A Haussmannian renovation for a family
A 150 square meter apartment in a Haussmannian building which had to be personalized for all the members of a family among which two teenagers. This customized apartment is unique.

A discreet home cinema is fixed on the wall in a big living room where the acoustic has been well thought out.

Thanks to its corridor, the apartment is well distributed. Furthermore there is a showcase and a space where you could put a wine cellar. The light in the uneven shape false ceiling is a key feature of this pleasant apartment.

A unique and luxurious kitchen of more than 40 square meters leads to a dining room. The Corian sink and Takoyaki hotplates are integrated in the central bar, the kitchen hood is embedded in the work plan as well. The storing space has been created according to the landlord’s wishes.

Multi-socket included in the kitchen’s work plan.

The fireplace is the remains of the apartment’s former layout.
